Open Studio May 30th and 31st 2009
Open Studios 2009 was an immensely successful event for all of us at Queensboro Art Studios. We had lots of visitors: friends, other artists, curators and the general public. Having the chance to meet other Queens artists and to see their work and studios was a positive benefit. Out of Open Studios a monthly studio visit to review and critique work was begun. A great place to begin and share points of view and information. As artists often work alone and don't have a chance to see each other on the floor, OpenStudios was also fun as we had a chance to visit and see each other's space here at 40-09.
So looking forward to Open Studios 2010!
